News are messages that are sent by high-level users to organizations. Using this feature, a super admin can send an alert to any organization. Similarly, organization administrators and data supervisors can send messages within their respective organization.
Send news #
A Super Administrator, Organization Administrators and Data Supervisors can send alerts to users in the system. Messages made by the Super Administrator are shown to the users of all the organizations registered in the platform or the chosen organization. While messages created by the Data Supervisor or Administrators are only shown to users of their respective organization.
Follow the steps below post news:
- On the main page, press “Add news”.
- Enter the following details:
- Title
- Details – The content of the message
- If you are a Super Administrator, optionally, select the organization to which you want to send the news.
- Click “Send.”
