Many LGBTQ organizations across the Caribbean have traditionally relied on HIV-related funding. Today, funding priorities are shifting, donor resources are becoming less predictable, and competition for grants is increasing. Organizations that can diversify their funding sources and clearly communicate their impact will be better positioned to continue serving their communities. This course was designed specifically to help Caribbean LGBTQ organizations navigate these changes and build long-term sustainability.
