Frequently Asked Questions #
General #
- Why can’t I no longer access certain courses?
Although the courses remain accessible after they finish, when a new group is opened, all previous groups are closed to avoid confusion with the participants.
- Where can I see all the certificates I’ve acquired?
There are several ways to view the certificates you've earned:
- If the course is still accessible, you can go to its progress page.
- Although the content of the course is not accessible, on your dashboard you will see all the courses you have taken and below there will be a button that says "View certificate"
- Finally, you can go to your user profile and there you will see all the certificates you have obtained.
- How do I know when a course’s about to start?
To stay updated on the next courses or groups that we will open, you must follow CVC's social networks or join our newsletter.
- Why can’t I see the enrolment button?
If you cannot see the button to register for the course, check that you are still within the enrollment date. We recommend that you use a browser on a PC to register for the courses as the button does not appear on some mobile devices.
- Where can I see my grades?
All grades are visible on the progress page for their respective course. You can access the progress page going into one of the courses you're enrolled and clicking on "Progress" on the navigation bar.
- How do I know if my course has Zoom sessions?
When a course has Zoom sessions, it is announced when the course opening is published. It is also published on the course description page.
If you want to check when the Zoom sessions are for your course, access the "Zoom sessions" page through the navigation bar.
- How can I get my certificate?
First access the course progress page and check the minimum requirement to obtain the certificate. In the progress graph a line appears that says "Pass" with the minimum percentage required.
When you obtain the minimum grade required for the certificate, on the same page of progress on the graph a button will appear that says "Obtain certificate". If the button does not appear, the course may be "instructor-paced" which means that the certificates will appear after the end date.
