If you don’t follow these steps:
- Click here to access de login and register page.
- you can change the language to your preference using the drop-down menu on the right-hand corner of the form.
- At the bottom of the login form, click on “Register”.
- Fill out the form with you information, all fields are required.
- Then, click on “Register”.
- Now, check your inbox for the verification email. If you don’t see either keep refresh your inbox or check your SPAM folder.
- The verification link expires after 15 minutes of being created so pay attention to the email being delivered. If the link expires before you can click it and you closed the registration tab on the browser, you’ll have to start the process all over again.
- In the event that you didn’t receive the confirmation email, or your link expired, and you can’t register with the same email address again, contact the platform administrator.
- Once you click on the verification link, you’re good to go. Just access our course catalogue to review our available courses.
Known issues #
CVC Academy uses a SSO (single sign-on) system to register and log in users into the platform. Sometimes when you enter https://lms.cvcvirtual.org/login you first see a sign in page and then you get redirected to the actual sign in page. If you’re trying to sign in using an existing account and it gives you an error, you might need to wait to be redirected.
