Reporting

SID currently provides five (5) types of general reports accessible at various levels within the system. The types of reports currently in the system are:

  • Summary report – This report provides information about the number of registered users within the organization, number of logins and the activities carried out within the organization by all registered users.
  • Incidents in Review – This report gathers a list of all incidents that are currently under review.
  • Data entry statistics – This report provides a breakdown of the number of incidents registered and updated in the organization.
  • Global Report – This report provides to date all cases added by entity, updates and types of incidents. The reporting page also provides the total reported cases divided by location and abuser.
  • Organization Report – This report provides basic information about each case in the organization.

Note: A Super Administrator can execute all the reports including reports that are not accessible to other users since they work with information from all the organizations registered in the platform.
