Supplementary questions are added at the organization level and are only visible to people registering incidents within that organization.
To add a supplementary question, follow the steps below:
- Select “Supplementary Questions” from the left sidebar.
- Press the “Add new question” button marked in Figure 17 above.
- Enter the text for the question in the box provided.
- If you prefer your question to be multiple choice, select the “Add Option” box. Provide options in boxes.
- Press “Update Questions” to save the Supplementary Questions.
